Defines Hint window properties.

Custom	Published	Specifies whether to display a custom link hint.
Hide	Published	Specifies when the Hint should close.
Link	Published	Specifies whether to display a link hints.
MaxWidth	Published	Specifies maximum width of the hint window.
WordsPerMinute	Published	Specifies the reading speed in words per minute.
